Product Description
Annaprashana Sanskar is performed when the child is given solid food for the first time. The sanskar is usually performed after 6 months post birth, depending on when the first food intake is recommended by doctors for each individual. The ceremony is also performed to ensure that the child is able to digest food properly and grow without illness. 80% of the human diseases are somehow related to gut health, and thus taking blessings at the stage when the gut health starts developing is highly critical.
Process: Aachaman Pranayam - Sankalp - Karmsakshi dewata pujan - Ganesh pujan - Matruka pujan - Nandismaran - Annaprashan - Havan - Ayushmantra
